WP04 - Integration of the developed methodology into services of the stakeholder organisations and training of the stakeholder representatives

This WP is aimed at training of staff at regional stakeholder organisations in new method for integration services for low-skilled immigrants based on cooperation with other stakeholders. The result of this training will be recommendations for integration of the elaborated methodology in the everyday work of the regional networks. After the training activities the methodology and recommendations will be tested by the regional stakeholder networks. And at the end of the project the recommendations and experiences will be used for fine tuning the integration of the methodology into stakeholders` services. The following steps are needed to achieve the above goals:
1. Presentation of the detailed plan for training of the regional stakeholder networks from each partner organisation.
2. Composition of a common implementation plan for all the partners for facilitation of the evaluation process.
3. Training of the training facilitators from each partner organisation. These training facilitators will implement the training of the regional stakeholder networks in their respective countries. The role of the training facilitator will also be to coordinate the process of integration of the elaborated methodology into the service systems of stakeholder organisations.
4. Three training sessions in each partner country will be carried out. After the training sessions stakeholder representatives will get certificates stating that they are “EU Integration Agents”.
5. Test of the methodology by each EU Integration Agent network on at least 15 participants. The participants criteria are the following:
a) unemployed immigrants with maximum secondary school educational level,
b) 50 % of the test groups should be women and 50 % - men;
c) all the participants should have legal permission working / living permission in the partner country and be registered at PES or Social Welfare Offices.
6. Follow-up of the implementation of testing activities and possible adjustments in the final methodology.
7. Presentation of the final evaluation of the test activities and results from each partner.
