WP05 - Dissemination of the results

The aim of the work package is to disseminate the elaborated the results of IGMA project at national level by each partner. In order to achieve maximum coverage and dissemination the partnership intends to use both formal channels, namely national and regional authorities working with adult education and integration issues, as well as informal channels such as NGOs, forums. Moreover, the information about the project and its outcomes will be sent to the National Agencies in each partner country for promotion of the project at different occasions.
The common responsibility of the partnership is to ensure visibility of the project and the developed methodology at the European level. To ensure European dissemination the partnership will participate in the workshops and seminars organised by the European Thematic Network INCLUSION and by EAEA (European Association for Adult Education).
The website of the project as well as dissemination leaflets will be developed at the very beginning of the project in order to be VISIBLE from day one.
The concrete responsibility of each partner in dissemination process will be:
1) Participate in at least 3 relevant conferences and seminars at regional and national levels in order to spread information about the project and its outcomes.
2) Publish at least 2 articles in educational / stakeholder magazines at regional and national levels:
a) at the beginning of the project for awareness rising
b) the results of the test.
3) Place information about the above methodology and project results in 2 relevant national websites for education and integration issues.
4) Distribute translated Web-based material and leaflets to national / regional adult education providers and relevant stakeholders (PES, Social Welfare Offices, employer associations, NGOs) from the beginning of the project.
5) Produce a dissemination report.
6) Participate in the final dissemination conference of the project where representatives of main stakeholders and decision-makers will be involved.
The following dissemination material will be produced to distribute to decision-makers, adult education providers, NGOs and other organisations dealing with integration of immigrants:
a) Leaflets and Posters.
b) Interlinkage of web-site of the project with relevant pre/vocational sites both regionally and nationally.
c) Website will be interlinked with social networks like Facebook and LinkId in each partner country.
