The objective of this WP is to identify methods through which the value of the results will be optimized & their impact will be maximized. Exploitation goes further than the WP of dissemination to find ways to integrate good practices & policies thus improving/ensuring the sustainability of results SLTOOL achieves project exploitation by using the multiplication and the mainstreaming effects.

In order to design this WP the consortium took into account the target groups on which the results could have impact. Three main target
groups affected are:

1.Potential Learners

2.Opinion Leaders such as consultants, social welfare officers, employment consultants, schools, universities etc

3. Policy makers such as ministries and other authorities

4. Training Institutions and Trainers specializing in the language sector

5. Other related parties such as HR managers responsible for the language education of professionals.


Mainstreaming effect

Actions related to mainstreaming are the following:

1. Presentation of the SLTOOL to one policy maker in three countries (Cyprus MMC, Austria, Sweden)


Multiplication effect

Actions related to the multiplication effect are the following:

1. Organizing an experience (1 session) with SLTOOL in 4 higher education institutes or universities (FU-Uppsala, SCM, SZF, UCY)

2. Organizing an experience with SLTOOL for 4 groups of professionals (Cyprus MMC, COOP, DIMITRA and ATHENA)

3. Organizing an experience with SLTOOL for 1 group of adults(EDITC, MMC)

4. A marketing plan will be developed for the commercialization of the product. A logo will be designed. The product will be available for
users through the internet initially at no costs. Additionally other VETS will be informed to purchase product licenses
