The objective of this WP is the dissemination of the project findings and conclusions.

The proposed dissemination strategy lies on four basic public relations principles:

1. Be visible

2. Be informed

3. Be consistent

4. Be constructive

It is important to note that the there are several audiences to whom the results should be disseminated:

1. Potential Learners from the 3 target groups identified i.e. professionals, adults and higher education students.

2. Opinion Leaders such as consultants, social welfare officers, employment consultants, universities, schools, etc

3. Policy makers such as ministries

4. Training Institutions and Trainers specializing in the language sector

5. Other related parties such as HR managers responsible for the language education of professionals.

Based on the above, the dissemination strategy involves continuous and consistent promotion of the objectives, actions and findings of the
project. The dissemination strategy has two main objectives:

1. General promotion of the project and its findings and results through web development, posters, newsletters

2. Providing each target audience with information that is valuable for them, informing the policy makers on issues they would be interested in, informing trainers
and VET institutions on issues related to language learning etc. The dissemination strategy will be set at the beginning of the project and will
be communicated to the partners through the dissemination strategy guide.

Activities include:

1. Development of web page (targets all audiences)

2. Design & printing of posters (targets the 3 target groups since they will be displayed in the offices and training rooms of the partners)

3.Composition & dissemination of Newsletters (targets policy makers, opinion leaders, trainers and HR professionals)

4. Composition & dissemination of a brochure (targets all audiences)
