05. Evaluation of the first pilot, corrective actions, evaluation of 2nd pilot

The objective of this workpackage is:

1. the identification of the strengths and weaknesses of the SLTOOL

2. its evaluation and its adoptation/adjustment after the first pilot

3. Its evaluation/adoptation after the second pilot.


The following steps will be implemented.

1. An evaluation form will be designed through which the learners will evaluate SLTOOL. The evaluation form will evaluate the tool on the
following dimensions:

a. User friendliness of the tool i.e. how easy it is to use?

b. Effectiveness and efficiency of the tool i.e. does the user learn and how much time does he need?

c. Closeness of the tool to the actual needs of the learner

d. The learning experience i.e. is it fun to learn, is he/she motivated?

e. The evaluation form will be given to learners on the 7th and the 14th learning meeting (for all countries)


2. Each country will prepare an evaluation report (by merging the data of the first and second evaluation forms) and submit it to the
project coordinator. A first pilot evaluation report will be prepared by the coordinator and will be presented during the trainers
evaluation meeting

3. During the trainer's evaluation meeting the results of the first pilot will be reviewed and the content/methodological tools/platform will
be improved/adjusted taking into account the results of the evaluation

4. The same evaluation form will be given to learners during the second pilot (7th and 14th learning meeting)

5. Each country will again prepare an evaluation report that will be merged by the coordinator. Taking into account that the first pilot has
already been evaluated and as a result the changes needed during this second evaluation should be fewer, trainers will communicate
through email/skype/telephone etc and necessary adoptations will be made to SLTOOL.

The important issue of this workpackage is that it involves the learners evaluation of the tool and the integration of their evaluation to the final
product developed.
