IO6-HoReCa4VET for sustainable development - scientific publication

This scientific publication will serve as the presentation of good practice of project partners within the frame of the development HoReCa4VET project. It won’t include obtained interim results. It will serve as the collection of reference material presenting the gained experience of the project partners.
The main objective of this output is to ensure the transfer of project results and good practices identified during the project to a wider audience .The publication will serve both educational and promotional purposes. The publication will include a comprehensive description of the experience gained during the implementation of the project, as well as the main outputs and results of the project. It will highlight best practices for the engagement of in the learning activities, methods for attracting the target group in engaging in a progressive learning path to improve skills, results and other practical information.

As a promotional tool, the book will be able to reach wide audiences in the countries participating in the project, as well as in the other European countries. It will be also available to download from the project website. It will be distributed free of charge via the Internet as an open information resource.


The project will compile the outputs, and edit them with user input, in a form that is readily readable and applicable in print or online. The book will be printed and published, and the text (possibly in a simple interactive form) will be available online. The publication will consist of parts common in English and supplements (extended abstracts) in partners’ languages.
