Partners got together at Uppsala to kick start IGMA3 following its approval by the Swedish National Agency. The partners have reviewed the application and discussed the concept objectives and expected results.The partnership needs to share a common vision of the objectives and outputs and therefore the outputs and objectives were discussed in depth during the kick off.

Partners also worked in groups in order to identify the quality indicators for the evaluation of the outputs. Additionally the roles and responsibilities for the delivery of IO1 were assigned. During the 2nd day the administrative and financial rules were discussed.
